Today is the International Day of Languages. It is celebrated annually on 26th September to promote the importance of language learning and the rich diversity of languages across Europe and beyond.
Borrowing from a popular old adage which says “To have another language is to possess a second soul”, and plainly translated into Czech language as “ Mít druhý jazyk znamená mít druhou duši”.
