Alšova Primary School participated in the just-ended Erasmus Days from the 14th to the 19th of October 2024. The Erasmus Days refer to annual events celebrating the Erasmus+ programme.
This year, all the pupils from year 4 to year nine took part in the event. The event included presentations from teachers who participated in the mobility to France, Germany and Spain. The pupils also competed in a group activity called “The Spaghetti Tower” challenge. The activity was aimed at fostering unity and cooperation among the pupils.
On the other hand, pupils from year nine prepared group presentations on the pros and cons of travelling abroad. The presentations also included their fears. Most importantly, the pupils from year 5 who recently visited two schools in Slovakia – Tvrdošín and Humenné as part of the Erasmus+ exchange programme shared their experiences with their classmates.
