24 Pupils Take Part in the 2025 event
A total of 24 pupils from year 6 to year 9 took part in this year’s English conversation competition for the school round. The competition started on Monday, 24th November, and ended on Friday, 5th December. The pupils individually showcased their linguistic prowess in front of a panel of judges, which included our very own Ms Zvaríková, Ms Hýlová and Ms Chalupová.
The conversation competition had three parts. Firstly, the participants had to introduce themselves, then choose a particular picture to describe and then select a topic of their choice from the given list. Years 6 and 7 were in the same category, while years 8 and 9 were in another one.
Kadeřábková Ottilie from 7.A and Liberdová Kateřina from 8.B will represent our school in their respective categories at the district round slated for 4th February, 2026, in Nový Jičín. Below are the results of the top three from each year.
